This is an on-line,
multiple choice inventory, not a "test," designed to measure
your supervisory “readiness” levels! Very useful for
assessing your skills prior to a promotional exam! This
can help you focus in on the skills you need to work on
prior to any supervisory exam, and more importantly,
will help you with the job itself!

The process itself takes about an

The SSI takes
about one hour and is on-line. It is confidential
(between KSA Ltd., and the candidate.) The SSI will give you the opportunity to gain some insight
and feedback into your own skills and abilities,
including strengths and areas to develop.
